Apartment is located on the ground floor of the house.
It has separate entrance. Only one bedroom, kitchen with eating space but in the front of the apartment there is a garden with a beautiful eating space.
Brand new kitchen and bedroom 2017.
It doesn't have any living room.
Total capacity of the beds is three. One bed is additional.
Apartment has shower/wc.

Since in 2021 there was a complete renovation of the second floor
The second floor has its own entrance. Directly on the left side of the entrance there is a smaller room with a single bed + couch for 2 persons. Here is a smaller shower with WC. On the right side there is the second bigger room with a double bed +additional bed,it means room for 2-3 persons.In the second part of apartments on the left side is a bigger bathroom with a shower as well as a toilet and bidet.
Opposite you will find a third room with a French bed for 2 persons and access to the balcony.
In the living area there is also a pull-out sofa, including a dining area and air conditioning. From the living area, the view leads you to the large balcony with sea view. The balcony can be accessed from the living area as well as from the large bedrooms. In the living area is also the modern kitchen with dining table.
Also in the living area is a work desk with internet connection and bigger TV. In front of the house there are two large parking spaces on which 3-4 cars can be parked.+ bigger garden On the south side of the house is a grill garden which with its barbecue and fireplace provides cozy and relaxing summer evenings.
The excellent location of the house, as seen on the website, has in proximity the three main beaches of Supetar, which can be reached in a short walking time. In the center of Supetar you will find several shopping facilities as well as restaurants ,bars and two pharmacies. At the riviera of Supetar you can be enchanted in the evening by various evening programs and events. Many bars and restaurants here offer live music in the evening as well as small concerts.
In the immediate vicinity of the house are also modern hotels, renovated tennis courts as well as soccer fields, which can be booked at any time. From Supetar you can get to the city of Split every two hours by ferry. The travel time is about 50-55 minutes. The climate of the island is very pleasant and offers warm and sunny days even in the cold winter months. The pleasant climate is not only perfect for your summer vacation on the island, but also offers the possibility of a home office with sea view from our second floor in the off season-digitale nomad.
