The above prices already include the tourist taxes. The tourist taxes are based on the following prices (per day per person):
01.06 - 30.09: 1 Euro (children 0,50 Euro).
Children under 12 years are excluded from the tourist tax
All other months: 0,75 Euro (children 0,38 Euro)
The above prices are generally valid for a minimum stay of seven nights. Shorter stays are possible upon request, as well as pets.
All guests must pay a deposit upon arrival. For apartment A-1 on the ground floor, the deposit is 100,oo euros. For the luxury apartment on the second floor, the deposit is 240,oo euros.
For a longer stay we offer a special discount in the off season. This can be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking.

Arrival in the high season can generally be on Saturdays or Sundays; departure on Fridays or Saturdays.

Additional possibilities for the booking of our apartment 5+2 in the period of 01.10.-30.4.
For our very good quality apartment 5+2 on the second floor of our house, we give for the period:01.10.-30-04. additional possibilities of booking with new lower prices ,as follow:
A. From 1.10. to 30.04 we would like to offer a monthly rent ,as follows : for the months of October and April, the monthly price would be 1.640,00 eur and from 01.11.-30.03. the monthly price would be 940,00 eur + electricity costs.
B. For this new period, we would like to rent out a bigger part of the apartment, which would correspond to the 5+2 and 2 rooms. The third room would remain closed to guests. This works well for 2-4 people. The daily price for this possibility would be 64,00 euros for the months of October and April. For the period :01.11.-30.03. the daily price would be of i54,00 euros + electricity costs.
C. Depending on special circumstances such as the duration of stay or the amount of people, changes can be negotiated.
D. Our smaller apartment 2+1 will be listed at our regular price, but will only be available on demand from 01.11.-30.03.
